Take NYS Thruway I90 to exit 32 Westmoreland
At the light Turn Left on to Cider St.
Turn Left on to Judd Rd. at the Flashing Light / Stop Sign
Go straight thru the light at Airport Rd.
Turn Left on to Base Rd.
Turn Right on to FIS Way Rd.
FIS is the large two story building in the middle of the Fiber Optic Research Park.
