Webmaster

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

· Designing and maintaining new and existing web sites / pages.
· Maintaining the Company’s digital product information (inventory of product photos, specification sheets, advertisements) and setting parameters for them within the site’s architecture.
· Making certain that the information / code is compatible with various browsers.
· Fixing broken links, images, adding new content.
· Performing product updates.
· Successfully completing other tasks within the Marketing Department as required.

· A minimum of an Associate’s degree in Web Development and Information Design, or equivalent is required.
· Applicants having prior experience with Magneto eCommerce Software and Adobe Photoshop will be given high priority.

· The Webmaster will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.




Software Programmer

Key Skills Required:

1. Application Development: Proficient in application development utilizing Visual Studio 2008, particularly Visual Basic. Develop, implement, maintain, and support new applications and enhance, maintain, and support existing applications. Experience in maintaining applications using X++ a plus.

2. Report Development: Experience developing reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services(SSRS).

3. User/Help Desk Type Support: Support users' daily operations needs including, but not limited to, the following areas:
- Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009

4. Prepare reports, as requested, for senior management.

5. Coordinate all website development and integration within AX.




Cost Accountant

The Cost Accountant/Cost Analyst will be responsible for:

• Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
• Analyzing data collected and recording results.
• Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost.
• Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
• Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports.
• Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
• Maintaining Cost Accounting System.
• Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger.
• Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program.
• Reconciles finished goods inventories.

The right Cost Accountant/Cost Analyst will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
• Must have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles.
• Computer Literate – Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.




Manufacturing Assembler

Description: Light assembly in manufacturing facility needed; no experience necessary, will train.
Requirement: High School diploma or GED required.
Position: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Shipping Clerk

Duties include, but not limited to the following:

  • Read and process pick lists appropriately, through company software
  • Operate Wav, Reach truck, and fork lift trucks when necessary
  • Operate cutting equipment to process customer length requests
  • Process shipments through the appropriate shipping carrier software
  • Follow packaging requirements to standards
  • QC checks on all outgoing shipments

Extrusion Line Operator

Operate the extruder machine at the recommended settings noted in the method master. Inspect each finished reel as it come off the line to ensure it meets the standards set forth by engineering. Test each spool for appropriate attenuation. Ensure that all spools that come off of the line are registered in Axapta or placed in the FGIA. Follow all safety practices and be aware of any unsafe acts that may occur. Clean work area daily during assigned times designated by the shift manager and when needed after machine cleanouts. Assist in respooling and testing of product as instructed by shift manager. Periodically check supplies needed to run machine and restock supplies needed to continue the operation of the line. Attend all training programs and assist in the training of new employees as instructed by shift manager.

Requirements: High School diploma or the equivalent and Machine or Mechanical experience is required.

Full-time, 2nd & 3rd shift.




Tester

The main objective of the Tester is to SAFELY test products received from the production lines. Primary duties include safety, being able to prioritize/decision making, OTDR testing, computer literate and accurately record progress throughout the shift; assist with re-spooling and/or testing of product, as instructed by shift supervisory; attend all training programs and assist training new employees, as instructed by shift supervisor.

Production Technician

Needs to perform required tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Worker must possess ability to reason, analyze, understand basic manufacturing, communication, and math skills; also be self-motivated. Must be able to understand/speak the English language. Ability to lift up to 50 #'s and stand for long periods of time; perform other related duties, as needed.

Machine or mechanical knowledge a plus.
1st Shift / 7am-3:30pm, Full time M-F.




Maintenance Technician

Perform general maintenance of equipment and building facilities to support operation.

Responsible for:
performing routine preventative maintenance of equipment & building systems; mechanical repairs of plant and support equipment, troubleshoot, dianose, repair and/or replace defect parts, fabricate small assemblies, bracket and fixtures; assist in installation and set up of new equipment and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Must have 5 years experience working in manufacturing environment. Must be able to work overtime, holidays and weekends, as required to support a 3-shift operation.

CNC Lathe Machinist/Programmer

Need to work in a team environment w/abilities to program and operate Haas, Hyundai, Okuma & Howa, Mori Seike and EuroTech Lathes at the machine control. MasterCam experience a plus. Must have conceptual, functional and technical skills, process improvement, excellent verbal communication, knows controls and instrumentation, as well as tooling. Operate and program CNC lathes with and/or without bar feeders; CNC Horizontals and Vertical machining centers a plus.

High School diploma or GED minimum.

7am-3:00pm, Full-time Monday-Friday.




Quality Control Technician

  • Audit machines parts using inspection gage equipment to meet customer specs
  • Verify documentation completed by machine operators for accuracy and proper completion
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

High School diploma or GED minimum. +3 years experience in a precision machine shop, reading blueprints and using metrology equipment. Add'l experience in SPC and/or CMM operation in an automotive environment is preferred. 7am-3:00pm, Full-time Monday-Friday.




Molding Solutions, Inc. Career Opportunites

Journeyman Tool Maker

Repair and maintain injection molding tooling. Machinist w/experience in injection mold design and build, must be able to build components from prints as well as repairs from part samples; must have own tools. Preferred Journeyman with papers.

Molding Machine Operator

ALL SHIFT NEEDED! Looking for 8-10 people - High school diploma/GED

Candidate will be responsible for operating an injections molding press, will be first eye in quality therefore producing good acceptable parts, will also be responsible for providing accurate counts. Must be able to stand for long period of time, lift at least 50 pounds and ble to work weekends and over as required. Full-time. 2nd and 3rd shift.




Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Hydraulic and Electrical experience requested. Hydraulic and Electric trouble shooting/repair on production. Experience in electrical issues 110/208/460 - 3 phase, water cooling and heating knowledge, experience with hydraulic systems; manufacturing plant environment, experience with injection molding machines preferred.

Full time position (40 hrs.), 1st Shift, M-F, some overtime may be required.

Injection Molding Process Technician

Experience in Scientific Molding. Mold Technician must be able to install/remove molds, must be able to troubleshoot,and fix any issues, must be able to process. Candidate must have own tools, and also be clean and organized.
