Extrusion Line Operator
Operate the extruder machine at the recommended settings noted in the method master. Inspect each finished reel as it come off the line to ensure it meets the standards set forth by engineering. Test each spool for appropriate attenuation. Ensure that all spools that come off of the line are registered in Axapta or placed in the FGIA. Follow all safety practices and be aware of any unsafe acts that may occur. Clean work area daily during assigned times designated by the shift manager and when needed after machine cleanouts. Assist in respooling and testing of product as instructed by shift manager. Periodically check supplies needed to run machine and restock supplies needed to continue the operation of the line. Attend all training programs and assist in the training of new employees as instructed by shift manager.
Requirements: High School diploma or the equivalent and Machine or Mechanical experience is required.

The main objective of the Tester is to SAFELY test products received from the production lines. Primary duties include safety, being able to prioritize/decision making, OTDR testing, computer literate and accurately record progress throughout the shift; assist with re-spooling and/or testing of product, as instructed by shift supervisory; attend all training programs and assist training new employees, as instructed by shift supervisor.

Must have conceptual, functional and technical skills, process improvement, excellent verbal communication, knows controls and instrumentation, as well as tooling. Operate and program CNC lathes with and/or without bar feeders; CNC Horizontals and Vertical machining centers a plus.

Mold Maker; Journeyman Tool Maker
Machinist w/experience in injection mold design and build, must be able to build components from prints as well as repairs from part samples; must have own tools. Preferred Journeyman with papers.
Candidate will be responsible for operating an injections molding press, will be first eye in quality therefore producing good acceptable parts, will also be responsible for providing accurate counts. Must be able to stand for long period of time, lift at least 50 pounds and ble to work weekends and over as required.

This candidate must be able to lift up to 50#'s, be proficient in math, be able to work in a fast paced environment, stand for long periods of time, communicate in English and be proactive. Also, must be able to read work instructions.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Hydraulic and Electric trouble shooting/repair on production. Experience in electrical issues 110/208/460 - 3 phase, water cooling and heating knowledge, experience with hydraulic systems; manufacturing plant environment, experience with injection molding machines preferred.
Full time position (40 hrs.), 1st Shift, M-F, some overtime may be required.
