Custom Manufacturing

 - FIS welcomes all requests for custom work, whether the project is large or small.  We can customize products from our inventory or we can design a product for you from scratch.  Custom work includes custom terminations, coupler modules, preloaded racks, tool kits, ferrule drilling, cable assemblies, patchcords and much, much more!

The Light Connection (TLC)

 - Our affiliate company, TLC, can meet all of your custom cable needs.  Specify fiber type, fiber count, jacket color, cable imprint and more.  Made with genuine Corning fiber!

Rapid Prototypes

 - FIS can design and produce a prototype of just about any custom item you may require.  Advanced solid-object, 3-D printing enables you to see, touch and feel the item before doing a production run!

Color Vinyl Overlays

 - FIS can take any photo, illustration, or instruction and laminate it to just about any item, large or small. Great for equipment panels!

Laser Etching

- Safeguard expensive tools and equipment by having your company name, logo, and/or inventory control number idelibly inscribed.  Great for fusion splicers, OTDRs and other big-ticket items.

Custom Packaging

 - Unlike other companies, FIS is willing to break large orders into smaller quantities if you wish.  We can also repackage individual items and provide them to you in bar-coded blister packs that allow for easy shipping, inventory and storage.
