FIS Hand Held C-Band Optical Spectrum Analyzer

The FIS Hand Held Optical Spectrum Analyzers offer full featured analysis of DWDM and CWDM systems in a truly portable package. Available in WDM PON and ROADM units with a CWDM Channel Analyzer. This OSA has a super fast acquisition time of <1s per scan , and Pass/Fail feature with an easy to read color display. The OSA will store up to 1000 tests and is shipped with Windows™ compatible software for fast and easy reporting.

The OSX Optical Spectrum Analyzer is the most rugged and affordable full featured MiniOSA in the market.  It is simple to operate and available in up to 88 channels on the ITU Grid. It offers 50 or 100 GHz channel spacing and displays a full scan twice a second. The OSX offers high end features such as Power Tilt for DWDM channel equalization and Gain Tilt to adjust EDFA gain flatness.  

With its one button AutoTest feature, and a full set of selectable scale limits and thresholds, the OSX Series OSA makes zeroing in on channel measurements easy.  For flexibility the channel numbers are selected in wavelength or frequency and the information is displayed in graph or table mode on the 4” high brightness color LCD.  The unit allows users to set Pass/Fail thresholds and can store up to 1000 tests that can be downloaded via the USB PC or Dataflash ports and documented with the included certification software for fast, easy reporting. The onboard Help system assists new users in parameter setup and file manipulation.  Made in the USA.
