The FIP-435B inspection probe with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, allows you to turn your Android™ or iOS device into a fully automated fiber inspection solution delivering fast and consistent test results. You can also link it to your Bluetooth/Wi-Fi enabled MaxTester or FTB mainframe. If your unit does not have wireless capabilities, the probe can be hard wired to it with the supplied USB charger cable. With no wires in your way, or cumbersome battery pack, it provides an unmatched end-user experience, combined with bring-it-anywhere portability. This wireless probe has auto-focus, auto-center, auto-capture and auto-analysis and it will evaluate all end face images up against the IEC 61300-3-35 industry standard criteria. The LED shows you the status of the analysis results or information concerning the probe. Green for a PASS and Red for a FAIL. Because there are no cords involved you don’t even have to look at the screen to know if the image passes, the LED lets you know!
