Dear Customer, Without question, we all wish that a “Golden Age” becomes the future of our country. Technology is the driving force and Fiber Optics are a major part of that technology. The government monies dedicated to “Fiber To The Home” projects and the creation of large “Data Centers” is most likely to maximize U.S. Fiber Optic manufacturing and installation capabilities. The rewarded will be the companies that are willing to wisely invest their resources. Interestingly, sourcing many of our key fiber optic products unique to China presents various challenges. Increased tariffs on China imports will hopefully motivate the U.S. government to clearly define and enforce the clarification of “Made in U.S.A.” products. The existing government guidelines are confusing and many. Presently the transfer of products to neighboring countries to avoid tariffs is difficult to confirm.
