Do you have a Pulse Box that needs repair?

FIS now offers a Pulse Box repair service to repair those old boxes that are piling up. Our repair service starts at as little $10 for connector repairs, including labor and connector. We also offer OTDR trace analysis of your pulse box starting at only $50. Once we get your broken pulse box, in most cases, it will only take 3 days to complete service, upon receipt of payment. We offer a full service, ISO 9001:2008 certified, calibration lab for fiber optic test equipment. All calibration services include a NIST traceable calibration certificate. The turn around time is typically 7-10 days for standard services. If major repairs are necessary, we have the ability to work with all major test equipment and fusion splicer manufacturers to help facilitate complete factory repairs. Rental units are available for extended services or repairs.
