3M Fibrlok Fiber Optic Mechanical Splicing System

The Fibrlok Fiber Optic Mechanical Splice from 3M is great for your restoration work and many other applications that require that fiber optic splicing to be done in a quick and efficient manner. Using the 3M Fibrlok Fiber Optic Mechanical Splice, you can complete a fiber optic splice within 30 seconds after preparing the ends of the optical fiber.

This Fiber Optic Mechanical Splice has an insertion loss <.2dB,  and the optical fiber has a retention of >7.75 lbs. The Fibrlok Fiber Optic Mechanical Splice is known for its low reflection characteristics of -35dB and has a thermal stability of -40ºC to 80ºC.  The Fibrlok Fiber Optic Mechanical Splice is designed to accommodate 250-900µm buffer sizes.
