FIS Blue fiber optic tactical cable consists of a rugged, flexible polyurethane outer jacket and up to twelve 900µm tight-buffered fibers surrounded by aramid yarn and an aramid ripcord. The jacket is pressure extruded over the strength member which allows the pulling device to be attached directly to the cable’s outer jacket. This will transfer the pulling force directly to the strength members with no slippage.

Shipboard cable is qualified MIL-PRF-85045 cable. The cable consists of a low smoke zerohalogen (LSZH) jacketing materials and tight buffered fibers. The tight buffered fibers are inside of 2mm color-coded sub-units, which means this is a break-out style cable. Shipboard cable is watertight and flexible. Cable is sold as bulk cable or as a completed cable assembly.

ABS Certified Shipboard Cable is a flame-retardant, low-smoke and zero-halogen cable intended for single-point termination. Designed for use in Marine and offshore tight-buffered cable installations. It can be used in applications requiring ABS-approved fiber optic cables.
