These rugged stainless steel SMPTE connectors ensure a very long product life. Cable assemblies utilize two Singlemode fiber contacts, two power contacts and two signal contacts. Cable assembles are available with multiple configurations including panel mount receptacles and plugs.

The FIBERFOX 2CH & 4CH Cable connectors are expanded beam multimode hermaphroditic connectors suited for a vast array of applications, including Lighting, Network, PA, Video, Broadcast, Defense & Government, Railway and Petrochemical. The innovative design ensures its suitability for deployment in the toughest environments where constant performance and total reliability are critical. The connector is designed according to the MIL-DTL-83526 standard and fits to all other connectors with this standard.

The opticalCON MTP. cable connectors are characterized by the robust all-metal housing and the heavy-duty strain relief. The innovative spherical dust shutter protects the fiber from contamination and minimizes maintenance. Delphi’s 4 and 12 Channel Hermaphroditic Connectors are both Single and Multimode compatible in the same connector. They are designed to withstand crush, impact, cable twist, bending movement, water and mud immersion, as well as many other harsh environments. They will link to identical connectors without regard to connector gender.

Fully compatible with legacy product, Stran Technologies has harmonized the TFOCA GenX to ensure alignment with the MIL-PRF-83526/16 & /17 specification. Fully compatible with TFOCA-II. connectors.

Amphenol Fiber Systems International TFOCA II® connectors are designed to withstand repeated handling and mating cycles typically required for rapid fiber optic cable deployment and retrieval in a tactical environment. TFOCA II is the replacement for US Army and US Marine Corps legacy systems with TFOCA (AT&T).

For rugged fiber optic military applications that require higher fiber counts, the M28876 is a good solution. The M28876 connectors come in a variety of fiber counts from 4 to 31 and vary in shell size from 13 - 23. There are a diverse amount of connector styles. These are offered in plug, jam-nut receptacle and flange mount receptacle. In addition, each of these have different options for the strain relief/backshell: none, straight, 90° and 45°.
