Fusion Splice Protection Sleeves

Simply load the fused fiber and close the sleeve. No heat shrink curing, crimping or gluing. Ultrasleeve® features an acrylic foam tape, which seals the sleeve and protects from damage. The Ultrasleeve® splice protector can be closed by hand and is installed after the splice is completed.

This sleeve design represents the industry’s most reliable, highest quality sleeve at an economical price. Standard lengths include 60mm and 40mm. Sleeves come standard with a clear outer tube for viewing the color of the fiber itself.

This sleeve offers tapered ends designed to keep the metal strength member in proper position while in use. Available in 60mm and 40mm lengths.

These clear protection sleeves use reduced diameter components for a smaller finished product. The smaller diameter allows users to fit more splices into existing splice trays.

Designed to fit in smaller areas for splice storage are the Mini and Micro Protection Sleeves. Micro Sleeves will only accommodate 250µm coated fibers. Mini Sleeves will accommodate 900µm or 250µm coated fibers.

The splice sleeve spatula is the perfect tool to aid in removing stubborn splice sleeves from splice protection chips. This tool provides adequate leverage and a wide flat surface to gently loosen any splice protection sleeve, without damage.
