Media Converters And Switches

These Ethernet Media Converters meet IEEE Standards and are 10/100Base-TX and 100Base-FX with MDI/MDI-X auto negotiation. Full set of LED Indicators and 10/100Mbps and full/half duplex automatically configured in twisted pair port. The Multimode converters have a range of 2km and the Singlemode converters have a range of 20km.

The FIS 10/100/1000 Base media converters are designed to convert 1000BASE-SX fiber to 1000Base-T copper media or vice versa. These Ethernet Media Converters meet IEEE Standards and have MDI/MDI-X auto negotiation.

These FIS Switches are an inexpensive way to connect remote LAN devices using an existing fiber backbone. FIS has multiple options available for both Multimode and Singlemode.

These FIS 10/100/1000 base switches are built with multiple SFP ports to support a wide range of network requirements. This powerful feature enables the switch to be extremely versatile at a low cost to the installer.

The FIS PoE Switch provides power and data from a single point, using power over Ethernet over a single CAT5e cable. The eight RJ45 network ports plus one fiber port can be used for any 10/100 Mbps link and four of these ports can supply industry-standard IEEE 802.3af power.

FIS mini-switches provide a simple and inexpensive way to add additional computers to a network. The 3-Port Mini Switch has (2) 100Mbs fiber ports and (1) 10/100Mbs twisted pair copper port.

This 8-Port Switch is an inexpensive way to connect remote LAN devices using the existing fiber backbone. FIS has 8-Port Desktop Switches with one fiber port in each. The 8-port switch has (1)100 Base-FX and (7) 10/100 Base-T/TX ports. Multimode units support up to 2km and Singlemode up to 20km. External power supply included.
