This fast-acting cleaner can be used with dry fiber wipes or tissues to remove dirt and soils from optical fibers prior to termination and splicing or to clean the end of connector ferrules.

Ideal for cleaning ferrules in connector bulkheads as well as individual fiber optic connectors. This fast-drying, optical-grade cleaning fluid can be used with wipes or cleaning sticks for wet/dry cleaning without chemical residue. Fast evaporating alcohol pre-moistened wipes can be used on optical fiber to remove dirt, dust and oils. Contains: Isopropanol.

Type FO™ is great for cleaning glass fiber, connector end faces or prior to splicing. Type FO™ quickly removes dust, oils, and contaminants, while leaving no residue. FIS Icky-Clean wipes can be used with outside plant, optical or copper cables. Utilize to remove Icky-Pic or gels from cables prior to splicing or termination. Great to clean up tools as well.

SqueekyKleen™ cleans and fans fiber in two wipes without alcohol. SqueekyKleen™ is less harsh on hands, reduces chemical odors and vapor concentrations to a minimum in splice trailers and vaults. Unique formulation and specially designed high-performance towelettes work to remove pic from the entire surface of loose-tube or ribbon fibers, leaving no residue. Safe on acrylate and Mylar®.

HydraSol® is a water-based solvent cleaner that is amazingly effective at dissolving and removing cable filling greases (Icky Pic). This economical product easily rinses off hands and tools. Our tear-resistant, presoaked towelette comes in an easy-open foil pack and is especially effective for smaller cleaning jobs and fiber optic splicing.

D’Gel Cable and Tool Cleaner is a full strength solvent specifically developed for removing cable gels, blocking compounds, Icky Pic, and C-cement. It also removes grease, tar, oil, wax, resin and gum from copper and fiber optic cable. It works equally well on painted surfaces and machine equipment. D’Gel does not contain TCE, HCFC’s or methylene chloride.

Remove Icky Pic and water blocking compounds with Fiber-Clean® Towelettes. Each pre-moistened tissue enables installers to clean and prepare optical fibers for connectorization and splicing. There are 35 tissues in each Fiber-Clean® “pop-up” Dispenser. Ground shipping required.
