The SLT3 Tester provides instant identification of common voice and data-cabling problems including shorts, opens, reversals, and miss wires. The master and remote units separate for end-to-end testing of cabling. The continuously sequencing LED dis‚play automatically verifies correct cable sequence, as well as open and short circuits. Both pieces simply snap and lock together when not in use, making it easy to carry and store. When the units are interlocked, the battery is disabled, thus prolonging battery life.
