This is how it works.
Fill out the form below. Upon receiving the email a specialist will reach out to you and request images / Arc counts/damage reports and serial numbers. An initial evaluation based on that information will be conducted and at that time it will be determined if sending in the equipment will be approved/denied. Then once the equipment is in the hands of the FIS team a final evaluation and offer will be provided. Then some very easy and brief forms will be needed, and you are off and running.
